This notice explains how data submitted through the Fermento Digitale contact form is processed.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Fermento Digitale. For privacy-related requests, you can write to alessandro.giacani@gmail.com.
What data is collected
The form asks for the request type, your name or organization name, email address and message. Do not include sensitive data or information that is not necessary for your request.
Why it is used
The data is used solely to read, evaluate and respond to the request, including any pre-contractual steps requested by the sender. It is not used for automated newsletters or shared for advertising purposes.
How the message is delivered
The form uses FormSubmit, an external service that forwards the content to the Fermento Digitale mailbox. When you submit the form, the data therefore passes through this provider's infrastructure under its terms and privacy policy.
Retention
Messages relating to proposals that do not proceed are normally deleted within 12 months. If the request leads to a work or contractual relationship, required data may be retained longer for administrative, tax or relationship-management obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This homepage does not set profiling cookies and, in its initial configuration, does not use analytics services. External sites reached through links apply their own policies.
